Looking for the Wizz Air call centre in Romania, a phone number with no premium rate? After a lot of searching, I found it right on the Wizz Airwebsite.

How did I end up looking for the Wizz Air Romania call centre number?
In four days I have to fly to Kraków, and ever since I bought the tickets on 10 October 2024 I keep getting updates about this flight. First the departure airport changed (originally Otopeni, now Băneasa), then the arrival airport for the return tickets changed, then I got the email in Romanian, then in English, and so on…
Since I started getting these emails, whenever I try to open my booking I get an error (“There is a change on your booking. We will inform you via e-mail soon. Please return back soon to see the changes.“), like the one in the image below:

In other words: there are some changes to your booking, you’ll get an email soon, come back soon to see the changes. Fine, but I’ve received a ton of emails about this flight and nowhere did I find the option to accept the change. From what I read online about similar problems, I should have found an Accept Changes button after looking up my booking on the website, but I couldn’t find it.

How did I solve the Wizz Air booking problem?
I kept digging online and eventually came across a Wizz Air post on Facebook. That’s where I found the link to the call centre (see the first image in the article). I called the call centre, where there were 11 people ahead of me. I waited about 15 minutes, but once the operator answered, my problem was solved. I accepted the new flight conditions verbally, and then I could see my booking and add services both in the mobile app and on the website.
I’ll leave a list of keywords I’d ask [Google] to index this article for. Wizz Air contact, Wizz Air Romania call centre, Wizz Air contact phone number, Wizz Air Romania contact. This is an SEO experiment :))
